PEST CONTROL

DIGITAL PEST CONTROL IN AGRICULTURE

Digitalization is increasingly moving into the agricultural sector (automatic feeding, milking systems, chips for animal welfare control, drones for field monitoring, etc.). This digital technology extends to pest monitoring and allows for a completely toxin-free monitoring system, eliminating environmental impact and allowing 24/7 monitoring via app.

DIGITAL PEST CONTROL IN AGRICULTURE

Farms, wide fields and a large supply of food from food standing around – a paradise for pests of all kinds, but especially for rats and mice. However, these pests can also cause great damage, which leads to the fact that poisons are quickly resorted to and spread everywhere.

However
1. The use of poisons/rodenticides is increasingly restricted by law.
2. more and more often we find that the pests are resistant and do not eat the baits.

The solution: Efficient, poison-free trap systems against mice and rats that can be monitored digitally via app 24/7. Take a look at our large portfolio of systems that can be customized to fit your use case.

TOXINS IN THE ENVIRONMENT ARE NOT AN OPTION

Secondary poisoning from the use of rodenticides in pest control has not been an isolated incident for a long time. Our Gorilla Traps, NARA attractants and digital eMitter systems allow farmers to work cost-effectively and without poisons, protecting non-target organisms and the environment from poisoning.

Just this year, the Federal Environment Agency released a study warning of secondary poisoning, as poisons have already been found in, for example, owls, foxes, buzzards, songbirds, birds of prey, and even fish.

ADVANTAGE OF DIGITAL MONITORING

Thanks to digital monitoring via app, you can conveniently view the current status of the traps at a glance at any time. You get a push message or an email directly to your smartphone as soon as a trap has triggered - and very cheaply. You can position the trap systems outdoors and indoors - just as you need them, as the products are water-, dust- and mud-proof.

INSIGHT INTO THE PESTCAM

Is there any infestation at all?

The eMitterĀ® PestCam is specifically designed for use in permanent pest monitoring. So instead of checking gnawed bait, you can view what the camera is recording from the comfort of your tablet or smartphone. When something moves or the temperature sensor strikes, the camera takes a photo and a video.

You can view these photos quickly and easily in the app or in the online portal.

INSIGHT INTO EMITTER DIRECT

State-of-the-art radio standards for efficient monitoring

eMitterĀ® Outdoor Direct is the perfect stand-alone solution for digital pest control. You can view the status of the trap at any time - either via the online portal or directly in the eMitterĀ® Pro app. Here you will not only be informed whether the trap is cocked or triggered, but also get a daily sign of life. This way you can be sure that the trap is active.

eMitter Outdoor can be optimally combined with PestCam, which together transmit pictorial and textual information to the app.

You can either install, service and maintain the products on your own at your yard or use the services of a pest control company of your choice to do the job for you.

eMitter setup in 3 steps

Gain knowledge

The first step is to gain knowledge about the eMitter products. This can happen in three different ways:

1. digital training via zoom
2. in-house training at Futura
3. external training at the customer’s site

Structure

The second step is the assembly/installation. There are two options for this: Either you carry out the installation independently on the basis of the knowledge gained or you commission an eMitter technician who will professionally implement the installation throughout Germany.

Let's go!

In the following form you can compose and book your individual setup. Following this, an eMitter expert will contact you to schedule an appointment.
